(Photo: PTI) Hours after the Supreme Court pronounced its judgment in the Ayodhya land dispute case clearing the way for construction of a Ram temple, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Uma Bharti said that elections would now be contested on real issues. Speaking to India Today TV, Uma Bharti said, "no more elections would now be contested on the Ram mandir issue". "Now elections will be fought on real issues like roti, kapda and education," she said.
