DNA Shuts Print Editions, Cloud Over Employees' Futures

The Wire reports:
The Daily News and Analysis, an Indian broadsheet newspaper owned by Zee and started in 2005, has closed the last two of its print editions and gone entirely digital. The decision, announced in the Wednesday edition and communicated to employees formally only on Wednesday, is understood to have taken them by surprise. While the physical edition of the paper carries a notice on the closing down of the Mumbai and Ahmedabad print editions, journalist Jatin Gandhi pointed out on Twitter that the same notice is missing from the epaper and website.
