J&K: LeT militant, who wounded five-year-old girl, shot dead in encounter

A Lashker-e-Taiba (LeT) militant responsible for wounding a five-year-old girl in North Kashmir's Sopore was gunned down by security forces on Wednesday, news agency PTI quoted police as saying. Police said the militant, identified as Asif Maqbool Bhatt, was killed in a brief encounter in Baramulla district in the Valley. The terrorist has been identified as Asif Maqbool Bhat of LeT.He was responsible recent shoot out and injuries to 03 family members of a fruit trader of Sopore The injured also included a young girl.
